Seniors should pay their fair share of taxes, but for different reasons

Re: “On taxes, seniors are still citizens,” Thursday Metro column by Steve Blow.

While I do not consider myself a senior citizen, even though I’ve just celebrated my 39th birthday for the 34th time, I agree with Mr. Blow’s conclusion that seniors should continue to pay their fair share of taxes. But for different reasons.
